About Us
Netherlands Innovation Center (NIC) is an incubator brand under Fore Conif B.V.. We are one of the fastest-growing innovative high-tech innovation centers in both China and Europe. Our mission is to help European startups or SMEs to enter the Chinese market in a smooth and cost-efficient way. By providing services to over 20 enterprises and 30 project teams, we are committed to becoming loyal partner of our clients.
Currently there are more than 3000 m2 office spaces in our innovation centers in Amsterdam, Suzhou, and Nanjing which could fit our clients’ various needs and where they could start their journey.

We provide a one-stop service on setting up your company, which includes company registration, bank account opening, tax account opening, as well as your visa and work permit application.

Office and Production Plant Lease
All our innovation centers provide high-quality, walk-in offices with flexible rental agreements. They are equipped with open-kitchens, rental free public conference rooms, fast internet services, printing and copying, and other professional supports from our staff members.
For companies that need production plants, there are short-term or long-term lease plans. For biomedical companies, there are also state-of-the-art shared labs and GMP manufacturing sites to lease.
Local HR, Legal and Tax Advice
With our networks in China, we will connect you with professional HR, legal, and tax consulting teams to assure you a smooth setting-up of your company.
Consulting
We give practical advice on entering China and draft it into a concrete proposal. In the proposal, you will find information about aforementioned topics and information concerning data security, intellectual property, business culture.
